Refund windows
CPA Exam Foundry issues refunds only when a refund request is submitted within the applicable period below, measured from the date of purchase:
• Yearly subscriptions: within 5 calendar days of purchase.
• Monthly subscriptions: within 3 calendar days of purchase.
• CRAM courses: within 2 calendar days of purchase.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact CPA Exam Foundry within the applicable timeframe and provide your name, the email address used for purchase, and your order confirmation or receipt.
Late requests
Requests submitted after the applicable refund period will not be eligible for a refund, except where required by applicable law.
Cancelling is separate from a refund
Canceling a subscription does not automatically constitute a refund request. A refund must be requested separately within the applicable refund period.
